Common problems

The setup code will not scan. Hold the phone eight to twelve inches from the screen rather than close, and make the code bigger if you can. The camera needs a moment to focus.

It says the account is not recognized. The setup code was probably replaced by a newer one. Sign in, create a fresh code, and scan that.

Answers stopped working but weather still does. That is the monthly allowance. It resets on the first. Write to us if you need more every month.
