Refunds

The free trial exists so that nobody has to buy this to find out whether it works on their phone. Use it first.

Monthly

Cancel any time and the next charge does not happen. We do not usually refund a month already started, but if you subscribed and it did not work on your phone, write to us and we will refund it.

Annual

Within the first 30 days, we refund the whole thing, no questions. After that, we refund the unused months if you ask.

If the service is broken

If something was down long enough to matter, tell us and we will credit or refund the time. You should not have to ask twice.

How to ask

Email hello@flipassistant.app from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take a few days to appear.
